COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 14- <br /> 29 SETTING THE 2015 HRA LEVY AT $38,250. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Mayor Adams thanked the Department Heads for the team effort on <br /> working on the budget. <br /> 5.2. 2015 Employee Wages <br /> Mayor Adams noted that the city budgets reflect a 3% increase for <br /> employees. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> FOLLOWING EMPLOYEE INCREASES: <br /> 1) NON-UNION EMPLOYEES — % STEP (1.25%) INCREASE, <br /> BASED ON A SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE REVIEW, PLUS <br /> 1.75% COLA INCREASE <br /> 2) UNION EMPLOYEES — 3% COLA INCREASE. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5.3. Consider Resolution Adopting Fee Schedule for 2015 <br /> The City Clerk explained that the fee schedule is reviewed on an annual <br /> basis to ensure that the fees charged cover the City's costs to render the <br /> services. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 29- <br /> 30 AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE AS ADOPTED BY CITY <br /> ORDINANCE. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Council Member Akerson suggesting reviewing the reason for the <br /> minimum rate at 2000 gallons. The Clerk suggested that this be done <br /> during a utility rate study. <br />
