Youngberg <br />*Call Regular Meeting to Order <br />5:20 p.m. Commissioner Peterson called the meeting to order <br />*Consider Agenda/ Changes <br />No Changes <br />*Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br />Motion to Accept the Minutes and Bills <br />Moved by Ness, Seconded by Packard, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*West Grove <br />Proposed increase in rent of $25.00 per month to be effective 5/1/2013. Motion made to raise rent. <br />Moved by Peterson, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />Proposed to move all funds of $6987.00 out of the Development Account, and close that account, and <br />money to West Groves Operating Account. The funds originally came from the Levy from the City. <br />Motion to accepts the proposal. <br />Moved by Peterson, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />* Siblev Terrace <br />Resolution to move $5000 2011 CFP money to Operating Reserves. <br />Moved by Ness, Seconded by Packard, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*ParkView <br />Resolution to accept budget <br />Moved by Peterson, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*Alpine <br />Resolution to accept budget <br />Moved by Ness, Seconded by Peterson, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*Executive Director's Report. <br />Alpine Apartments' washer has been ordered. It should arrive this week. <br />An oven fire issue happened at Sibley Terrace. The replaced oven and any Fire Department charges will <br />be paid for by the tenant. No injuries or harm to other tenants. No other damages occurred. <br />*Maintenance Engineer's Report <br />Ice Dam issue at the West Grove town homes. Possible clogged gutter, the heat loss from poor insulation, <br />ventilation issue, or unordinary winter weather conditions were discussed. Further research is needed and <br />possibly nothing can be done until Spring. <br />Midwest Security gave us a sight evaluation for testing security & fire, monitoring and annual inspections <br />costs. <br />Maintenance Engineer is still waiting to hear from the State about Boilers License. <br />*Other Business <br />The Tub Room at ParkView I is fixable.
