Conduct a walk-through with the City and the Contractor towards the completion of the project. <br />Prepare a “punch list” of items the Contractor still needs to complete. <br /> <br />34. Conduct “As-Built” survey and prepare drawings. <br /> <br />Tentative Schedule <br /> <br />Survey/ Civil Design February - April 2023 <br />Advertise for Bids April 2023 <br />Bid Opening May 2023 <br />Begin Construction June 2023 <br />Substantial Completion July 28th, 2023 <br />Final Completion August 25th, 2023 <br /> <br />Please note that this is a tentative schedule. The intent is to complete construction in 2023. <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />Our fee is based on the above tasks. We propose to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in <br />accordance with our fee 2023 fee schedule, for an estimated amount of $90,000. <br /> <br />While we are confident in the level of effort (and cost) for our design phase and bidding services phase <br />services, we cannot provide that same level of assurance for our effort during the construction phase. <br />Note that the level and costs of our services during the construction phase is very dependent on the <br />performance of the contractor, and to some degree, on weather and other factors outside of our <br />control. Thus, the estimated nature of our costs for this phase. <br />If we need to provide services other than those listed above, or if we need to spend more time with the <br />contractor than we originally anticipated, we will review such situations with City Council and staff. <br />
