June 28, 2021 <br />Study for Main Street and Front Street <br />City of Pequot Lakes <br />Page 4 <br />NOTE, it is not unusual that we may get to a certain stage of this above process and the City <br />wants to put more effort into the Study stage — answer more questions, look at other options. <br />So, services that need to be performed in addition to the above will first be reviewed for scope <br />and effort with the City staff and the Council, and then charged in accordance with our 2021 fee <br />schedule. <br />We plan on being at your July 6th City Council meeting to discuss this proposal and, if needed, <br />adjust it so we can provide you a responsive and appropriate level of service. <br />But, if you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services herein, please sign and return <br />one copy of this letter for our records.
