After approving the Study, the Council asked that we hold / not
proceed with the Study until the City worked through possible improvements in the Trailside
Park and Patriot Avenue corridor.
With recent interest in the southern and eastern portion of the NW Area, it would be beneficial to
proceed with both the 2021 Main and Front Study and this NW Area Study.
The following are shown as discrete tasks. However, they are all inter - related and there is much
back - and -forth between them.
Wastewater System
Using publicly available contour information (e.g. LiDAR), we will review where lift stations could
be located.
We would then layout a "backbone" gravity sanitary sewer collection system.
Engineering I Architecture Surveying
Environmental
