Safety Committee Responsibilities: <br /> Bittner explained several of the adopted safety manuals', . renced duties of the Safety <br /> Committee and were not comparable. was directed to create a list of the <br /> responsibilities as it pertains to Pequot Lies forward to Safety Committee Members <br /> for comment. The safety manuals will be updated to include the new responsibilities in <br /> early 2015,prior to the first quarterly meeting. 7///// <br /> fF;. <br /> 3. Annual Safety Iealth Program Audit: <br /> Bittner pointed out the n <br /> p ��G ��ttee Responsibilities include an annual audit of the <br /> program. Mock OSHA Inspection: <br /> Four items remain to be remedied: <br /> • City Hall, Council Chambers—Mechanical Room Door needs signage; <br /> • Police, Shop—Fire extinguishers need to be initialed monthly; <br /> • Fire, Mezzanine—Neither Tom Nelson nor Mike Loven can identify location; <br /> • City Hall, Elevator—Mike Loven will contact elevator maintenance company <br /> again to have weight signs installed. <br /> 1 <br />
