THAT CHARGES THE CITY INCURS FROM THIS POINT <br /> FORWARD WILL BE CHARGED TO THE DEVELOPER <br /> INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY AND <br /> ENGINEERING FEES <br /> 6. THAT BUILDING PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL <br /> FEES ARE PAID IN FULL <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 12.2. South Oak Property Issue <br /> Tim Houle stated that he has sent letters to Mr. Don Babinski and to the <br /> School Superintendent regarding the 2009 South Oak Street <br /> Improvements. He stated that the City Council has already approved a <br /> preliminary study, but they still need to approve a final design contract for <br /> construction. He asked the Council to comment on the conditions in the <br /> letter to the School. The Council had no concerns with the conditions <br /> listed in the letter. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PROPOSAL WITH SCHOOL BOARD AND BABINSKI AS STATED IN <br /> TIM HOULE'S LETTERS. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 13. Other Business <br /> 13.1. Request for Information Regarding Annexation <br /> Council Member Ryan asked if the City's departments have taken a <br /> realistic look at what the annexation of Jenkins Township means to the <br /> City of Pequot Lakes. He requested department heads to provide City <br /> costs associated with providing services to Jenkins Township in regard to <br /> all City departments. The Clerk noted that she would have this information <br /> for the Council at the October Council meeting. <br /> 14. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED <br /> TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> The meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />
