10. The proposed activities do not endanger the health and safety of the residents. The <br /> applicants are not proposing any mechanical or electrical equipment on the <br /> property. <br /> 11. Type III home occupations are allowed by a Conditional Use Permit in the <br /> Shoreline Residential zoning district. <br /> 12. The Comprehensive Plan does not specifically address home occupations but this <br /> proposed quilt shop would help build on community character as the applicant <br /> will continue their community project"Quilts for Kids." <br /> 13. The proposed use, with conditions, would be compatible with the existing <br /> neighborhood as the adjoining properties are zoned Shoreline Residential and <br /> Commercial. <br /> 14. The proposed use is unlikely to be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other <br /> properties in the immediate vicinity as the services provided by the proposed use <br /> would be held within the confines of the building and the proposed use is located <br /> within a residential district. <br /> 15. The proposed use should not impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of surrounding vacant properties. There are no additional public <br /> services or facilities required for the development of this property. <br /> 16. The proposed use will not require any additional public facilities or services and <br /> does not seem to be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> 17. The property is accessed off Blueberry Lane. The proposed use will not create <br /> traffic congestion or an interference with traffic on surrounding public <br /> thoroughfares. <br /> `-' 18. The applicant is proposing approximately two off street parking stalls. <br /> 19. The applicant is proposing two small signs to be located on the property. The <br /> proposed use will not create a nuisance to neighboring properties. <br /> 20. There are not any known sites of historic or natural significance on this site <br /> 21. The subject property already contains anISTS.
