LEASE <br /> This is a lease. This lease is dated October .. , 19 9'S? It is a legal agreement <br /> between the Tenant and the Landlord to rent the property described below. The word <br /> Landlord as used in this Lease means City of Pequot Lakes and the Landlord's address <br /> is 409 Government Drive. Pequot Lakes. MN 56472 . The word Tenant as used in this <br /> Lease means Pequot Lakes Historical Society . <br /> This Lease is a legal contract that can be enforced in court against the Landlord or the <br /> Tenant if either one of them does not comply with this Lease. <br /> 1. Description of Property. The Property is located at 100 Tower Square in the <br /> County of Crow Wing , State of Minnesota, on property described as follows: <br /> COLE MEMORIAL BUILDING, including appurtenances thereto, specifically including all <br /> steps and ramps. and remainder of the lot. <br /> 2. Term of Lease. This Lease is for a term of 25 years, beginning on November 1, <br /> 1998, with an option of Tenant to review at the end of 25 years for up to an additional 25 <br /> years at the rate and conditions then negotiated between the parties. The City agrees <br /> to furnish water and sewer at no cost to Tenant. All other maintenance and supplies will <br /> be at the expense of tenant.
