The Minnesota Pollution
Control Agency (MPCA) staff have reviewed the performance of your permitted wastewater
treatment system from October 1, 2006, through September 30, 2007, and found that you met the
criteria for recognition as an outstanding facility. The enclosed Certificate of Commendation
recognizes you and your operating staff for the outstanding operation, maintenance, and
compliance of your wastewater treatment system.
The staff of the MPCA appreciates the considerable effort that you and your staff have put forth
to protect and preserve water quality. It is this kind of work that has enabled Minnesota to
achieve a significant reduction of pollution coming from point sources.
Thank you for your valuable contribution to the environmental quality of the state.
Sincerely,
Brad Moore
Commissioner
BM/LCG:rm
Enclosures
111Mr
St.Paul I Brainerd I Detroit Lakes I Duluth I Mankato I Marshall I Rochester I Willmar 150 YEARS
of STATEHOOD
1858 2008
