The Office Shop is a local business out of Brainerd. I did <br />check some references and there were no issues or <br />concerns. One of the main benefits is that the service <br />technicians are local and the response time is mini mal. <br /> <br />There was one copier that came in a little less costly; <br />however, the machine did not have the features that we <br />required. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion authorizing <br />the City to enter into a five-year lease with the Office <br />Shop/Cannon Financial to lease a 5250 Cannon <br />ImageRUNNER.
