UTILITY BILL ADJUSTMENT FOR ACCOUNT #10081102 IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $3,315.59 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 4.0. <br />Open Forum <br />There was no one present for open forum <br />Presentations <br />There were no presentations. <br />Planninq Commission Report <br />Justin Burslie explained that the proposed amendment allows intensive <br />vegetation removal in the Open Space, Forest Management, Agricultural, <br />Rural Residential, Recreation, and Light lndustrial Zones with a permit. He <br />noted that the Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />ordinance based on two findings of fact listed in the staff report dated <br />August 5,2014. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 14.06 <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO <br />VEGETATION REMOVAL. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4.0. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE SUMMARY <br />PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 14.06.
