RM Certificate of Survey and Description <br />Based on a brief review of Crow Wing County's website (and previous <br />work on other similar roadways through the years), there does not <br />appear to be any platted Right -of -Way (RAN) for this roadway. <br />$2,250 <br />We will verify this by a title search and prepare a R/W Certificate of <br />Survey and Description. <br />Obtaining the R/W will be the responsibility of the City and the <br />Township. <br />III. Final Design, Construction Documents, & Bidding <br />Perform preliminary design. Communicate or meet with the City and the <br />Township on the preliminary design and obtain feedback. <br />Prepare final plans and specifications. <br />Prepare Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Stormwater Permit as <br />well as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />We assume the City and Ideal Township will pay for permit fees and the <br />costs for these permits are not included in our proposal. <br />Finalize plans and specifications based on City and Township reviews. <br />$23,700 <br />Prepare an Advertisement for Bids and submit to QuestCDN, the Pequot <br />Lakes Echo, and the Brainerd Daily Dispatch. The City and Township are <br />to pay any advertisement costs. <br />Provide copies of Contract Documents to the City and Township for <br />bidders to review, however, we will distribute to bidders and maintain a <br />plan holders list. <br />Assist in addressing bidders' questions and issue addenda as required. <br />Attend the bid opening, and prepare a tabulation of bids and a <br />recommendation of award. <br />Total Phase I, II, and III: Hourly, Estimated <br />$29,900 <br />IV.
