Call Meeting to Order <br /> 1.2 Roll Call <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Gonczy, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member E. Larson,to approve the Agenda, as <br /> presented. Passed Unanimously, 5-0. <br /> 3. Public Hearings <br /> 3.1 Rezone Request-MA Inter Galactic LLC <br /> Burslie reviewed the staff report. The applicant is proposing to rezone an approximately <br /> 15-acre parcel from Commercial to Urban Residential. The subject property is adjacent <br /> to property zoned Commercial to the north, east, south (also proposed to be rezoned to <br /> UR),and Urban Residential to the west. The subject property is adjacent to and accessed <br /> via Lilac Drive to the east. <br /> Chair Larson asked about the current use of the property. Burslie stated a conditional use <br /> permit was granted to construct two multi-family dwellings which are located at the south <br /> end of the property. <br /> Commission Gonczy stated the properties located to the east of the subject property are <br /> zoned and utilized as commercial properties.
