The subject property is zoned <br /> Shoreline Residential and is adjacent to Mayo Lake (General Development). The subject <br /> property is approximately 21 acres and contains a pre-existing single family dwelling <br /> (encroaches OHW level setback) and a detached garage. <br /> The applicant proposes to subdivide the subject property into a two acre parcel(Tract A), <br /> an i8 acre parcel (remnant tract), and a 1.1 acre parcel (sale tract). The <br /> proposed parcel is mostly wooded and is approximately 25% wetland area. The <br /> proposed parcel is adjacent to and accessed via County Road 168. <br /> Proposed "sale tract" is 1.1 acres and contains an accessory structure (garage).
