Bidding Phase Assistance <br /> Prepare an Advertisement for Bids and submit to the Construction Bulletin, the <br /> Echo Newspaper, and the Brainerd Daily Dispatch Newspaper. <br /> • Issue Contract Documents to bidders, address bidders' questions, issue addenda <br /> as required , attend the bid opening, and prepare a tabulation of bids and a <br /> recommendation of award. <br /> City is to pay any advertisement costs. <br /> 6. Construction Phase Assistance <br /> Provide one set of centerline subgrade stakes for use in roadway construction. <br /> Provide one set of curb and gutter stakes. Provide one set of storm sewer <br /> stakes. <br /> If the City desires conformed to construction record drawings, this would be <br /> treated as additional work and we would provide an estimate of our effort if <br /> requested. <br /> Similar to recent road improvement projects, City Staff will be performing <br /> construction observation on the project. We will assist Staff in this task as <br /> requested as an additional service. <br /> WSN proposes to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in accordance with the <br /> attached fee schedule and general provisions, for an estimated cost of $16,600. <br /> WSN will complete the plans and specifications for this project within 60 days of <br /> authorization by the City. <br /> If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, please sign below and <br /> return one copy of this letter to us as our authorization to proceed.
