MONTHLY STAFF REPORT <br /> City Clerk's Office <br /> April, 2008 <br /> Meetings <br /> City Council Meetings <br /> The City Council held three meetings in May. <br /> 1 . May 1St — Board of Review <br /> 2. May 6th — Regular Council Meeting <br /> 3 . May 13th — Special Council Meeting - Concerned Citizens — Police Issues <br /> The Council took the following actions at the regular May 6th Council meeting: <br /> • Amended the Storm Water Management Ordinance. <br /> • Held a public hearing to explain the implementation of a storm water <br /> management fee to all property in Pequot Lakes <br /> • Approved some billing procedures for storm water management fees <br /> • The 2007 Audit was presented to the Council and approved by the Council <br /> `''' • Approved preliminary plat for Wilderness Resort Villas, LLC <br /> • Sent the Conservation Subdivision Ordinance back to the Planning Commission <br /> for further review <br /> • Approved the criminal prosecution proposal for Mallie Law Office <br /> • Authorized an amendment to the Credit Card Policy allowing the City to use a <br /> fuel card for city vehicles and equipment <br /> • Authorized the American Legion to sell beer outside its establishment for three <br /> community events <br /> • Authorized electrical work in the Council Chambers <br /> • Made a motion to allow until June 30th for payment to the City for Trailside <br /> Estates <br /> • Adopted a resolution requesting a reduction in speed on Nelson Road <br /> • Approved the purchase of a sander for the Maintenance Department <br /> • Accepted a quote for asphalt rubber crack repair work <br />
