The Planning Commission did <br /> not hold any public hearings. <br /> The Planning Commission continues to work on the following items: <br /> 1. Uses in the DMU Zone — In ongoing administration of the Ordinance, it has been identified that <br /> changes to uses in the Land Use Matrix would greatly benefit the City of Pequot Lakes and the <br /> Commission continues to work on these changes. <br /> 2. Shoreland Conservation Design (Alt. Standards) — The City is currently considering implementing <br /> alternative standards for the subdivision of shoreland areas of the City by applying revised <br /> conservation subdivision and planned unit development standards prescribed by the <br /> �' Minnesota Alternative Shoreland Management Standards. <br /> 3. TH 371 Planning — The Commission continues to work on questions regarding the future zoning <br /> along the alternate alignment. <br /> 4.
