It does, however, provide the city with justification <br /> (findings) if the city or a property owner were to request that a property be rezoned to a <br /> classification that is compatible its designation on the future land use map. <br /> Planning Commission Recommendation: The Planning Commission <br /> unanimously recommends the City Council reclassify the County Road ii corridor <br /> and the Patriot Avenue corridor as indicated on the attached map to Urban/Rural <br /> Transition, based on the following Findings of Fact: <br /> 1. The City is expecting an increase in higher density residential <br /> development; <br /> 2. The City is looking to expand higher density residential areas; <br /> 3.
