J. Only one (1)unit on a property containing an ADU may be rented as a long- <br /> term rental; <br /> K. Conversion of garage space to an ADU shall require replacement of the garage <br /> space. Space within a garage that exceeds what is necessary for two vehicles <br /> may be converted without replacement; <br /> L. Onsite parking shall be required for the occupants of the ADU; <br /> M. A stormwater management plan shall be required demonstrating how <br /> stormwater will be maintained on parcel; <br /> N. A licensed Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) Designer shall <br /> determine if the existing SSTS is sized correctly for the additional bedroom(s) <br /> in the ADU; <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT OPENED: Mark Jurchen,would like to thank the Planning <br /> Commission and staff for all the work on developing future housing for the community. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT CLOSED. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Ellering, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Gonczy,to recommend approval to Council <br /> to amend Ordinance to create provisions for and allow Accessory Dwelling <br /> Units. All members voted"aye".
