Based on estimated quantities at the time the Developer's Agreement was <br /> drafted it was estimated that$164,563.00 would be waived in the form of water and sewer <br /> access charges. The cost of these items based on actual installed quantities is as follows: <br /> Bullet 1 <br /> This item is the cost difference to upsize the watermain along County Road#112 from 6"to <br /> 10". There are two different watermain materials as a portion was directionally drilled and a <br /> portion installed with an open trench method. The cost difference for the directional drilled <br /> watermain was determined to be $28 per lineal foot and the cost for the open trench <br /> watermain was $8 per lineal foot. The actual quantities installed were: <br /> Open trench method=6 Lin Ft x $8/Lin Ft=$48.00 <br /> Directional drilled method=650 Lin Ft x $28/Lin Ft=$18,200.00 <br /> Actual Total=$18,248.00 <br /> Bullet 2 <br /> The cost of gravity sewer installed from Trailside Loop to County Road#112. The actual <br /> quantities installed were: <br /> 1 Manhole=$2,000.00 <br /> 9.67 Extra manhole depth=9.67 Ver Ft x $125/Ver Ft= 1,208.75 <br /> 263 Lin Ft 8"PVC sewermain(18'-20' depth)=263 Lin Ft x $23/Lin Ft= 6,049.00 <br /> Traffic Control= $1,000.00 <br /> Actual Total=$10,257.75 <br />
