Permitted Use. A land use conforming to the character of a zoning <br /> district which is permitted by ordinance requiring only a zoning permit <br /> issued by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> Section 17-5.17 LAND USE MATRIX (emphasis added) <br /> 1. The land use matrix shown in Table 1 establishes the allowable, permitted, <br /> accessory, conditional and excluded uses within the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> 2.
