Widseth has secured SCDP grants for scores of other cities.We are ready to prepare and submit a SCDP pre-application for the City of Pequot Lakes. Scope of Services: If you desire to submit a SCDP pre-application,Widseth will provide the professional services of grant writing.The tasks include, but are not limited,to the following: • Meeting with city officials to discuss funding opportunity in detail • Preparation of a draft SCDP pre-application for your review and comment • Assistance the city with procurement of a grant administrator • Preparation of GIS documents for the pre-application • Prepare of application resolution and other documents required which need to be approved by the City Council • Submission of the SCDP pre-application and attachments by the application deadline, which is expected to be in November 2022, on behalf of the City of Pequot Lakes. Time Period of Services: The proposed services will begin upon return of this signed proposal.The services will continue until the funding application is submitted. Cost of Services: The proposed fee for our services would be charged on an hourly basis, not to exceed $3,000, plus expenses.You would be invoiced for our services when the pre application has been submitted to the funding agency.
