Splash Pad Update <br /> Mr. Spiczka updated the Council that when the contract was mailed to Vortex the <br /> equipment company it will take about six weeks until the City was on the <br /> production schedule, and we were informed we had time to select colors choices <br /> but CRS decided that the colors needed to be selected as soon as possible. <br /> Members from the Splashpad Committee selected primary colors. He stated that <br /> he did not receive a date on when production will be started. Mayor Gardner <br /> stated the CRS updated them today they are still waiting for a final install date. <br /> 9.3. Coleman Drive—Property Owners Notice <br /> Mr. Spiczka informed the Council the property owners have been notified of the <br /> Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on April 12, 2022. Mr. Houle reminded the Council <br /> that this will be a Council meeting and the purpose is for the Council to hear <br /> comments, either verbal or written comments. He explained the written to carry <br /> the same weight as a verbal. He also explained that if anyone get calls from <br /> residents these comments need to be verbalized or written, comments cannot be <br /> passed along. Mr. Houle summarized how the hearing works. He stated that they <br /> do not have to make the decision the night of the hearing, but they can. <br /> • 9.4. Approval of Farm Lease Agreement <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the farm lease agreement which is to let someone farm <br /> the land in the HOGTL and maintain cutting the spray fields which needs to be <br /> done regardless of a contract. He stated the price stayed the same. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO APPROVE THE TERMS OF THE <br /> FARM LEASE AGREEMENT. COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 10. Administration <br /> 10.1. Administration Report <br /> The March 2022 Administration Monthly Report was received by Council. <br /> 10.2. Draft Boards and Commissions Minutes <br /> Council received the following items. <br /> • March 15, 2022 draft EDC minutes <br /> • March 15, 2022 draft HRA minutes <br /> • March 10, 2022 draft Park Commission meeting minutes <br /> • Ronning questioned if they could get an explanation of the resolutions that are <br /> passed by the HRA board. He stated currently it is just a number on the minutes. <br />
