Park Commission Minutes <br /> March 10,2022 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 9. Outdoor Recreation Grant Program <br /> Ms. Peterson stated at the March 5, 2022, City Council consensus is to have the <br /> Park Commission to bring a plan for the Outdoor Recreation Grant Program to <br /> the October 2022 meeting. <br /> Discussion ensued about possible opportunities to update the park with the <br /> grant, presenting the plan to the original splash pad donor, and having a <br /> representative from at the April meeting to discuss the grant`process and <br /> requirements of the project. <br /> 10. Next Meeting Date—April 14. 2022 <br /> All Commission members present will be at the April 14, 2022, meeting. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> Commissioner Churack stated the three panels for the bean hole fence will be <br /> completed by the end of the school year. <br /> Commissioner Churack also brought up the condition of the Art in the Park <br /> displays. Discussion ensued regarding removing the art that is in bad condition, <br /> speaking with the art club if they want to continue the project and the form <br /> required for displaying the art. <br /> 12. Adioumment- <br /> There being no further business, COMISSIONER CHURACK MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN THE MEETING. COM1SSIONER MELBY SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION.
