MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 5.5. 2022 Fee Schedule Resolution <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO ADOPT THE RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE 2022 FEE SCHEDULE. COUNCIL MEMBER SEILS <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6. Planning and Zoning <br /> 6.1. Planning Commission Report <br /> The November 18, 2021, draft Planning Commission minutes were received by <br /> Council. <br /> 6.2. Ordinance Amendment regarding Signs <br /> Ms. Bittner presented the staff report to the Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE <br /> CITY CODE REGARDING DEFINITIONS, SIGNS AND MATRIX. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SEILS SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO AUTHORIZE SUMMARY <br /> PUBLICATION. Ordinance Amendment to allow Guest Quarters within a Detached Accessory <br /> Structure and to remove the Maximum Accessory Structure Size allowed in the <br /> Shoreline Residential Zone <br /> Ms. Bittner presented the staff report to the Council. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE <br /> CITY CODE REGARDING DEFINITIONS, GUEST QUARTERS WITHIN A <br /> DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND TO REMOVE THE MAXIMUM <br /> ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE ALLOWED IN THE SHORELINE <br /> RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND THE MATRIX.
