Work requires vocal communication, expressing or <br /> exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or <br /> important instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly. <br /> Working Conditions: <br /> Most work is performed throughout the community, involving continuous use of a <br /> personal or City-appointed vehicle and observe general surroundings and activities, while <br /> entering and exiting vehicle frequently. This position frequently works outdoors and is <br /> exposed to cold weather,wet conditions,or hot/humid weather.
