Some of the revisions <br /> are simply for the purpose of streamlining the document and to <br /> eliminate duplications on the document. There are also additional <br /> duties that have been added to the job description and are shown <br /> on the document in red. <br /> The Personnel Committee has met to review the proposed <br /> revisions. The Personnel Committee is recommending an increase <br /> in pay by one step effective July 7t' as compensation for the <br /> additional job duties that have been added to the position. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to increase the <br /> Finance Administrator's wage by one step effective July 7, 2014. <br />
