City of <br /> Pequot AGENDA ITEM #10.4 <br /> Lakes <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Report Prepared by: Sandy Peine, City Clerk <br /> Date: July 1, 2014 <br /> Subiect: Job Description Revisions <br /> Report: During the budget process, job descriptions are <br /> reviewed to ensure that the descriptions accurately reflect the job <br /> duties that are being performed for the position. <br /> The only job description that is proposed to be revised is the <br /> Finance Administrator/Deputy City Clerk's. Some of the revisions <br /> are simply for the purpose of streamlining the document and to <br /> eliminate duplications on the document. There are also additional <br /> duties that have been added to the job description and are shown <br /> on the document in red. <br /> The Personnel Committee has met to review the proposed <br /> revisions. The Personnel Committee is recommending an increase <br /> in pay by one step effective July 7t' as compensation for the <br /> additional job duties that have been added to the position. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to increase the <br /> Finance Administrator's wage by one step effective July 7, 2014. <br />
