They would need to <br /> submit a letter of interest and have an interview with the Personnel Committee. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVED TO APPROVE POSTING FOR AN <br /> INTERNAL OPENING FOR A LEAD PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER RONNING SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> Police Union—find budget cuts in police department to cover the increases that <br /> will be coming from negotiations. <br /> Consensus of the Council is to have the police department adjust the budget less <br /> $10,000. <br /> 10.5. Sibley Lake Park Shoreline Repair <br /> Mr. Spiczka presented the staff report. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVED TO APPROVE THE REPAIRS TO <br /> THE SIBLEY LAKE PARK SHORELINE TO BE PAID BY THE LAKE <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND THE WORK BE CONDUCTED BY THE <br /> SIBLEY LAKE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS. COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 10.6 Park Commission Appointment <br /> Mayor Gardner would like to appoint Rick Moeller to the Park Commission. <br /> MAYOR GARDNER MOVED TO APPOINT RICK MOELLER TO THE PARK <br /> COMMISSION FOR A TERM ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER CLEMENT SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> No other business. <br /> 12. Adioumment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN.
