The City continues to recei�e complaints. A <br />nearby property owner recently informed the City Clerk that i# this property <br />is not cleaned up he will present a peti#ion to re�uce the market �alues of <br />their proper�ies. On February 6, 20'k4 t�e letter from the City Attorney was <br />deli�ered to Mr. Dahf which outli�ed the �iolations of the City Code, the <br />Land Use Regula�ions and the Nuisance Conditions. <br />Currently the following items remain unresol�ed: <br />o An non-permitted single-wide mobile home does not meet the minimum <br />width requirement for a dwellir�g; <br />o Toa many recreational �ehic{es; <br />a Exteriar Storage; <br />o Refuse and debris; <br />o Too many animals; <br />o Septic systems may nat be in conformance; <br />o Abandoned buildings; and <br />o Visual screening. <br />Property owner, Virgi� Dahl sta#ed that the pic��res are not accurate. He <br />alluded that the p�ctures show items that are not c�rre�tly on the properky. <br />He noted tha� he is in compiiance with the animals. He indicated that there <br />is 1 horse, a few chickens, 1 duck and a couple of rabbits on the property. <br />He noted there are no goa�s or pigs and the traifer is gor�e. He explained <br />#hat the reason the ather traile�' is �resent is because of access to wa#er <br />and sewer. He explai�ed that he will be taking down the barr� this week <br />and he will be ha�ing a garage sale to get rid of the rest of the stuff. <br />Linda Johnso�, 6254 15t A�enue SW, Pequot Lakes, stated that since last <br />July there has bee� a huge amount of worlc done on the property to clean <br />it up. The barr� is being worked on righ# now and they are scrapping things <br />out. <br />Jerry Calhoun, 5810 Sibley Lake Road stated #hat he has seen that things <br />have not changed in the last 10 yea�s. He explained t�at he was one of <br />the residents #hat fequested to ha�e his taxes lowered. <br />Virgil Dahl stated that he doesn't feel i# is right that he is being prosecuted <br />and that the City is taking p+ctures of his property. <br />
