The <br /> proposed amendment includes the creation of a lot for a lodge building (approved via <br /> CUP in March 2014), and the realignment and reconfiguration of various lots on the <br /> subject property. The preliminary plat request also includes the addition of Lot 45 which <br /> is identified on the survey as a lot for a 3 bedroom`Caretaker's Home"(sheet U-5). <br /> The subject property is located at 6316 Wilderness Road and is zoned "Shoreline <br /> Commercial"and`Open Space." The property is adjacent to Middle Cullen Lake which is <br /> classified by the DNR as a"General Development"lake. <br /> The overall density of the resort is being decreased with the preliminary plat request. <br /> Six twinhome building sites will be removed, two triplex sites will be removed and one <br /> triplex site will be reduced to a duplex site.
