MEETING OF THE PEQUOT LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2014 <br />PEQUOT LAKES CITY HALL <br />Members Present: Mayor Adams, Council Members Pederson, Sjoblad, <br />Akerson, and Gardner <br />Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Mike Loven, Public Works <br />Supervisor; Eric Klang, Chief of Police; Tim Houle, City <br />Engineer; Justin Burslie, City Planner; and Dawn Bittner, <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Call Meetinq to Order <br />Mayor Adams called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br />order at 6:30 p.m. <br />1.1. Pledge of Alleqiance <br />Mayor Adams led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. Consider Aqenda <br />The Clerk informed the Council that Sergeant Dahl was unable to attend. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />3. Consent Aqenda <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />3.1. LIBRARY REPORT <br />3.5. RESOLUTION 14-12 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM MAY <br />23, 2014, THROUGH JUNE 19, 2014 <br />3.6. QUARTER UTILITY ADJUSTMENT REPORT <br />3.7.
