SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS — MARKET IN THE PARK, <br />CENTRAL LAKES SUNRISE BICYCLE TOUR, STARS AND <br />STRIPES, BEAN HOLE DAYS, TASTE OF PEQUOT <br />3.10 ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OVERFLIGHT — A.W. <br />RESEARCH LABORATORIES <br />COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />Jake Soukup — 31093 North Washington stated that it was not fair that he <br />did not receive a notice regarding the North Washington improvements. <br />Peter and Carolyn Herzog — 31093 North Washington stated that lack of <br />parking is a big issue. The Herzogs stated they would not want the trees <br />on the west side removed and that they are not in favor of the sidewalk as <br />it is the responsibility of the property owners to clean the sidewalks. <br />Jon Danielowski, stated he is speaking on behalf of his father-in-law, <br />David Hallbeck - 31039 North Washington. He explained that he was not <br />aware of the sidewalks being added and that his father-in-law does not <br />want to maintain the sidewalks. <br />5. Presentations <br />6.1. Planninq Commission Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />6.2. Department Survev <br />2013 Planning and Zoning Department Assessment surveys were <br />acknowledged by Council. <br />6.3. North Washinqton Avenue <br />Justin Burslie noted that the Planning Commission is submitting proposed <br />enhancements to the design of North Washington Avenue for Council <br />consideration. The enhancements consist of pedestrian seating areas, <br />patio seating area, decorative lighting, retaining wall seating with lighting, <br />ornamental bike rack and stamped asphalt crosswalk. <br />Justin Burslie updated the Council on Wilderness Resort <br />
