4. MSDS Sheets: <br />The Police Department does not have any items that require MSDS Sheets; the Fire <br />Department and the Public Works Department have updated their MSDS Sheets. <br />5. Accident Review: <br />• Fire Truck hit garage door — It was preventable; the driver should have used more <br />caution. The vehicle was not running properly. The driver was suspended from <br />driving for one month. <br />• Employee backed into police vehicle — It was preventable. Use caution; don't <br />back up more than you have to. <br />• Chief of Police hit a deer — It was not preventable. Act of nature. <br />6. Work Place Injury Review: <br />There have been no recent injuries. Moonlighting and Electric will put another light in <br />the stairway area of the Police Department rear entry. <br />7. Other Business: <br />There were no other items to discuss <br />8.
