Holiday Decorations in Trailside Park 5.1 Update by Bittner Ms. Bittner stated that Katie Wasserman with the Chamber of Commerce is planning on the Lighting the Park for Monday, November 30, 2020 and Santa’s Bobbin into Town will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Ms. Bittner will contact the Commission via email when she receives updates from Ms. Wasserman on further details. 6. Lighting of Betsy Ross Flag 6.1 Update by Bittner Ms. Bittner stated the City Council agreed to lighting the Betsy Ross flag at the Council meeting on October 6, 2020. 7. Bean Hole Fence Art 7.1 Update by Chair Ronning Chair Ronning reached out to Katie Wasserman with the Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Todd Knutson with the Pequot Lakes High School regarding the art for the Bean Hole Fence. Ms. Wasserman will speak to the Bean Hole Committee regarding adding the art on the fence. Chair Ronning has not received any information back from Mr. Knutson. 8. Santa’s Bobbin into Town Float Ms. Bittner asked the Commission if they would like to start a committee to do an inventory of supplies, and/or make a plan as to how they would like to decorate the float. Commissioner Melby agreed to allow the Park Commission to use his truck, trailer and generators for the parade. Chair Ronning asked if anyone would like to volunteer for a committee to come up with a design and do an inventory of supplies. Commissioner Boucher and Schweinler volunteered for the committee. 9. Park Commission Vacancy Chair Ronning stated there is still an opening on the Park Commission. He reached out today to a possible new commissioner. Chair Ronning met with an
