Council Member Ryan presented a second quote that he got from the internet at $5,533.69 excluding sales tax. Council Member Ryan stated that this could be funded from the $4,000 from the Cable Commission and from the Council Contingency fund. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVE TO ACCEPT OFFER FROM BIRCHDALE AND MOVE FORWARD WITH A PLAN TO BROADCAST ALL PUBLIC MEETINGS. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. Council Member Sjoblad noted that the sound quality for the Breezy Point Council meetings was very poor. Mayor Adams stated she had concerns with the budget and did not feel this was the time to purchase the equipment. Council Member Malecha questioned if the system could be used in other areas of the building if needed. She also questioned if Council Member Ryan's bid could actually be considered as a second bid.
