1. We remodeled the mall and restaurant square footage to reintroduce <br />quality bait and tackle business that was sorely missed. <br />2. We made substantial improvements to our Laundromat knowing this <br />is a need of our community. <br />3. We've upgraded many aspects of our building structure and utilities, <br />at a significant expense. <br />4. We completed a full repainting of the exterior of our mall. <br />5. We made big investments in our on site signage. <br />6. We've worked hard to maintain, and in some cases even lowered, the <br />rents of tenants to keep our building filled. <br />7. These costs are estimated at over $150,000 and all of it was done <br />with local labor. <br />I ask you, are we a business that we want to see prosper into the future?
