The Director reminded the board that Jon will be gone out of state from 10/21/2009 - 11/1/2009. He <br />has done as much fall clean up as weather would allow before he left. Commissioner Peterson remarked about <br />how nice the grounds looked and wanted to be sure that Jon knew how everyone appreciated it. <br />Other Business <br />Director O'Brien asked for approval for herself to have online access to the bank accounts held at Lake State <br />Bank, and indicated that they would need a signed letter. No motion was needed as the board has already given <br />the Director this authority, Commissioner Peterson signed a letter to this effect addressed to Lake State Bank. <br />Open Forum <br />There was a discussion with Mayor Adams and all present about the possibility of a fast food restaurant locating <br />in Pequot Lakes. <br />All residents in attendance were asked if they had any concerns — they all indicated that everything was alright <br />`, t their respective buildings. <br />Meeting adjourned at 5:45.PM. <br />Cs] 10 11 <br />!.,- <br />Sec. <br />
