These assamptions�nd the enHre report shoald be reviewed <br /> immediately upon receip� <br /> ose: <br /> The purpose of our investigation was to evaluate the existing soil aad water conditions on this site <br /> and provide a report of our findings and recommendations regarding design and construction of the <br /> propos�building and site improvements. The project consists of construction of new commercial <br /> office or industrial buildings on a 90 acre parcel near the new 371 bypass in the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes. We assume the structures will be a one story, slab-on-grade,steel framed or stick fia.med <br /> buildings on standard,cast-in-place concrete spread footings and foundation walls. We assume <br /> bitnminous surfaced pazking lots are planned. In accordance with your written authorization,we <br /> have conducted a subsurface exploration progra,m for the proposed projec� <br /> Scone of Services• <br /> Our authorized scope of services included the following: <br /> 1. To investigate the subsurface soil and water conditions encountere�at ten(10) <br /> split-spoon soil boring locations. The borings were planned to be just under <br /> fifteen(15)feet deep to twenty five(25)feet deep. <br /> 2. To provide a report of our findings including the results of our subsurface <br /> investigation and recommendations regazding earthwork,fill and compaction, <br /> building foundation suitability,building foundations,slab support,pazking lot <br /> subgrade preparation and pavement design. <br /> Page 1 <br />
