Zimmerman 763 - 856 -4666
Are you using a 4 -day work week?
Yes (Mondays 7:00 am — 6:30 pm Tuesday — Thursday 7:30 am — 5:30 pm)
How long have you been doing the 4 -day work week?
1 year — they will soon be making it permanent for the office. Maintenance is not able to
work a 4 -day work week.
Do you like it?
They absolutely like it very much.
Do employees like it?
Yes, it took a little getting used to working 10 hours. But staff like the extra time off. It
makes a long day for employees who have to stay after their 10 hours for meetings.
Have you seen any energy mogs?
They have not done any monitoring because at the same time they went to a 4 -day work
week, they also put in a new air conditioner unit and furnace.
Public Feedback?
Public like the accessibility very much.
• He also stated they feel like they have gained productivity
• They installed a programmable thermostat so it shuts down during the weekends
or holidays
