Those are: Network Community Program Network Community Level III (Extra Hours) Quality Permitting Network Community Program - $2001mo The Network Community Program is our mandatory program that we require all `-- communities, except those that bill strictly hourly, to enter in to. Within the program we are able to merge the city and our staff together so we work closely and efficiently. The Network Community Program cost includes all of the following services: • Unlimited calls from elected and appointed officials and staff. • Unlimited emails from elected and appointed officials and staff. • Access to CGI's internal Instant Messenger service with unlimited texting to CGI staff. • Complete access to CGI's land use permitting and tracking software. • Complete access to CGI's file server with community archive. • Annual updates to the City's ordinances based on changes made at the legislature. • Maintenance of the City's zoning map. • Training on planning - related subjects for all elected and appointed officials and staff. Training sessions are offered monthly in all of our offices and by free webinar. • A 15% discount off of our billing rate for anything not covered by another contract. Our billing rate in 2009 is $92 /hour, which makes the discounted rate $78.20. In 2009 we have continued to add communities to the program and this has allowed us to expand what we can offer. In 2010 the program will also include: • Access to CGI's library of planning books and materials.
