Contract Agreement Terms <br /> ➢ The service agreement will be a period of 1 year with a start date to be determined. <br /> ➢ The monthly service fee will be$1150 per month. <br /> ➢ Any unplanned tasks, incidents,or projects performed outside of this scope may be billed at a rate of <br /> $95/hour. <br /> ➢ Any work that requires additional billing outside of the above scope will be communicated prior to <br /> execution. <br /> ➢ The agreement will auto-renew annually unless a cancellation notice is given at least 45 days prior to the <br /> end of the term by either party. <br /> ➢ Support will be provided remotely unless the task cannot be completed as such. <br /> ➢ The agreement will inc►ude up to 2 on site visits that aren't billable if remote support isn't sufficient. <br /> ➢ Additional trips will be billable at$95/hour with one-hour minimum time. <br /> ➢ All on site time is billabie in half hour increments. <br /> Service hours and availability <br /> ➢ Our primary help desk is staffed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to SPM <br /> excluding holidays. <br /> ➢ Response time during business hours is typically well under an hour and does not exceed 3 hours. <br /> ➢ Standard support requests can be submitted outside business hours via phone or email as before. <br /> ➢ There is an on-call person that will do their best to respond within 4 hours for requests depending on <br /> timing for outside hours. <br /> Company background and partnership <br /> CTCIT is a managed IT services company that has been around for over 16 years.
