Parkview <br />Director O'Brien presented information on the cost to have cable installed in the community room. The <br />new contract will add $13.32 /month to the cable bill. Motion to approve the new contract M/ Youngberg <br />S/ Jurchen. All ayes motion carried. <br />Director O'Brien informed the board that they will be re- striping the parking lot at Parkview II this summer. <br />The few cracks that have formed will be sealed prior to striping. <br />Alpine <br />No report <br />Executive Directors Report <br />Director O'Brien presented information for 3 security deposit refunds: <br />• Unit 112 Parkview II — resident will be charged for 115 of carpet replacement — refund of $150.58. <br />• Unit 106 Sibley Terrace — resident will be charged for carpet cleaning — refund of $157.06 <br />• Unit 205 Parkview II — refund cannot be calculated at this time as all bills have not been received. A <br />disposition letter will be sent. <br />M/Peterson S/ Marchwick. All ayes motion carried. <br />Maintenance Engineers Report <br />No Report <br />Other Business <br />Director O'Brien informed the board of a lot on Old hwy 371 that the City had asked the HRA to look into <br />acquiring. This lot is currently for sale, and has a trailer home (to be removed). It is a double city lot and is <br />in the downtown mixed use area.
