Dawn Bittner
From: David and Carmen Morris <davecrm.morris@gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, Nvember 16,202012:01 PM
To: Dawn Bittner
Subject: Ordnance Amendment discussion
I am writing as a cabin owner and tax payer that has a cabin in the Pequot area. I am not in agreement with our lake
association on the water oriented accessory structures. I feel many cabins and homes afready have these stn.ctures and
they have been allowed to remain or beebuilt at the existing Iocation.IWany homes on our lake have steep shore lines
with many stairs to the lake. Having the option of having a place to store equipment would be a good option to have.
When we buy a place and we are 40 the climb seems not to be a problem but things do change. I do agree with size
limits and appearance of the structure. I also agree with the lot line set backs.
The amendment on guest cottages and guest quarters I am in agreement with our lake association.I would like to
emphasize the concern with any structure such as this being used for rental purposes.
Sent from my iPad
1
