1 .1 <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />Bittner pointed out the 3 permits issued and the 23 letters sent or received. <br />The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed. <br />1. Lake — Bittner reported that she and Commission Member Pederson visited the <br />property with Mr. Lake and the required number of trees were alive. <br />Chairman Woog stated that as a result of the Mayor's letter to property owners in the <br />Industrial Park 6 or 7 properties had done what she had asked, such as maintaining grass <br />and black dirt and seeding with sprinklers. There is really only 1 property that remains <br />unfinished and unmaintained. There has been a positive response. <br />He also pointed out that Mary Peterson has resigned. Staff will advertise the vacancy and <br />the Council will appoint someone new. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />A motion was made by Scott Pederson, seconded by John Derksen, to adjourn the <br />meeting. All members voted "aye ". Motion carried.
