Attornev Fees /Billing <br />The lawyers' fees in this matter are set as follows: <br />Lawyer's Hourly Rate is $135.00. Travel time is billed at $75 /hour. <br />This office will bill client monthly on the 1st of the month, and /or upon completion of the legal <br />representation. All bills are payable upon receipt. If a client does not pay within thirty (30) <br />days of receipt of the bill, the account will begin to accrue applicable interest charges. <br />Costs and Expenses <br />1. There are NO extra costs for copies, long distance phone calls, mileage, faxes, or <br />postage. <br />2. Client agrees to pay for any filing fees or other miscellaneous expenses related to the <br />legal representation. <br />Discharge and Withdrawal <br />Client may discharge firm at anytime. Lawyer may withdraw with client's consent or for good <br />cause. Good cause includes Client's breach of this agreement, refusal to cooperate or to follow <br />Lawyer's advice on a material matter or any fact or circumstance which would render Lawyer's <br />continued representation unlawful or unethical. When Lawyer services conclude, all unpaid <br />charges shall be immediately due and payable. The Firm will upon client's request deliver <br />client's file and property in lawyer's possession whether or not client has paid for all services. <br />Client understands that to the limited extent Lawyer has paid out of pocket expenses for items <br />which have not yet been reimbursed by client, lawyer may be reimbursed for that particular <br />expense before releasing the item(s). <br />Lawyer will maintain client's file for seven (7 years) after this matter is concluded. Client may <br />request the file at any time during, or upon conclusion of or after conclusion of this matter. <br />Seven (7) years after conclusion of this matter, the file may be destroyed without further notice <br />to the client. <br />Disclaimer <br />Nothing in this agreement, nor any statements by Lawyer(s) to Client will be construed as a <br />promise or guarantee about the outcome of the matter. <br />Entire Agreement <br />
