Operations <br />and Maintenance: <br />• <br />The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br />submitted. <br />• <br />July 4th, Kurt and I set -up and took down barricades for the parade. <br />• <br />July 8th, tried turning water on at 4464 Main St. (Jack Pine Center -back of bldg.) <br />Extension rod is disconnected. Kurt was able to get it turned on, but we will need to <br />have it repaired this fall. <br />• <br />July 13th, replaced chlorine tubing from chemical room to filter line. <br />• <br />July 20th , Kurt and I cleaned up "wash -out" mess at Diane Cummin's residence on <br />South Oak Street. <br />• <br />July 21St, replaced seal in chlorine ejector, prior to filter. <br />• <br />July 22nd, filled out and delivered nine delinquent water /sewer bill notices. <br />• <br />Also on the 22nd, checked meter at 3844 W. Grove St. (Patricia Heald's) Renters were <br />concerned of high usage. Meter is working properly. Owner feels that our rates are too <br />high. I tried explaining how we determined our rates and she mentioned writing a letter <br />to council. I also gave the renters info on water conservation and several meter- <br />monitoring sheets so they can better track where their water is going. <br />• <br />July 23rd, attended MMUA Safety Meeting. <br />• <br />Also on the 23rd, Wendy with TruGreen (4657 Morehouse Drive) stopped in concerned <br />with their high water bill. I checked the meters and they seem to be working properly. <br />
