Mr. Schoeb has agreed to keep all vehicles behind the Car Wash. He may choose to amend his Conditional Use Permit or place a free - standing sign in that area. c. Darrell Lake — Final Inspection: Scott Pederson agreed to accompany Staff to do the final inspection of the restoration. The Lake's have requested to be in attendance. Staff will coordinate. OLD BUSINESS: a. Grow Zone — Form Based Code Mr. Marohn explained that he made the changes the Planning Commission had requested. He modified it to be more compatible and to articulate the roof line. He believes we are getting close and would like to give it to his designer to make it look nicer. The primary street fagade percentage has been changed, as well as the building height and accessory structure height. The Prohibited Uses/Hours are still the original; they can be modified or taken out. Mr. Williams thinks the hours should be later. The parking demands for different uses precipitates the times. Definitions of "retail" and "service" would need to be developed. Times for retail are to be removed. The map would indicate where the standards would be applied. This is an overlay zone which would need a public hearing. Staff directed to include this public hearing on our next Agenda. b. Comprehensive Plan Update Mr. Marohn explained the Workshop scheduled for July 23. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Page 1, last paragraph, third sentence, change "drainfields" to "Subsurface disposal zones ". Page 2, first complete sentence at top of page, delete entire sentence. A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan, to approve the June Minutes, as corrected. All members voted "ayes ".
