Decertification of TIF District 1 -1 <br />The Clerk noted that Tax Increment Financing District 1 -1 (Gammello) has <br />been paid in full and that the City is requesting to decertify the district. She <br />noted that Ehlers has prepared the required resolution to decertify this <br />district. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 09- <br />23 APPROVING THE DECERTIFICATION OF TAX INCREMENT <br />DISTRICT NO 1 -1 (Gammello) OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5 -0. <br />11.2. Revised Job Descriptions <br />The Clerk noted that the Job Evaluation Committee reviewed requested <br />amendments to job descriptions that were submitted by department <br />heads. She noted that the Committee made several minor amendments to <br />some job descriptions. The Clerk stated that the Committee felt that none <br />of the amendments related to more than 20% of a change in job duties <br />which would indicate no recommended change in points or pay. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO APPROVE THE AMENDED <br />JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: <br />• WATERIWASTEWATER OPERATOR <br />• CITY CLERK/TREASURER <br />• OFFICE ASSISTANT <br />• FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR <br />• ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br />• POLICE CHIEF <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5 -0. <br />12. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />13. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN.
