Police /School Liaison Contract <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />POLICE /SCHOOL LIAISON CONTRACT FOR 2009 - 2010. COUNCIL <br />MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9. Public Works Monthly Report <br />No report provided. <br />9.1. Water/Wastewater Monthly Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />9.2. Duplicate Water /Sewer Bills <br />Council Member Ryan stated that he would like to see an amendment to <br />the Utility Billing Policy in regard to the tenants being able to receive a <br />duplicate utility bill. He noted that the property owner would still be <br />responsible for payment of the bill. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AMEND THE POLICY TO <br />ALLOW TENANTS TO RECEIVE A DUPLICATE WATER BILL FOR <br />$1.00 IF REQUESTED. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9.3. Designate Lund road as a Minimum Maintenance Road <br />Mike Loven requested that a portion of Lund Road be classified as a <br />minimum maintenance road. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 09- <br />20 DESIGNATING A PORTION OF LUND ROAD AS A MINIMUM <br />MAINTENANCE ROAD. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />9.4. County Road 107 <br />Council Member Sjoblad explained that there is an area along County <br />Road 107 where he has seen many cars run into the ditch. He requested <br />�-' the Council to send a letter to the County asking for a sign to be installed <br />in the area to slow vehicles down. <br />
